Impossible to get ahold of the pharmacy over the phone. Then just to get hung up on after being on the phone for over 20 minutes.
They have been filling my meds under a discount card for MONTHS.. without telling me my UT select insurance wasn’t covered here. I work in pharmacy myself, so I know this was simply off miscommunication and every tech/pharmacist should know to communicate with the patient and let them know it isn’t covered under their primary insurance before taking next steps. I’ve been wasting money off meds I could’ve gotten covered somewhere else. Very disappointed. Krogers pharmacy do better! #Srpharmacytech
