unhelpful and unprofessional
Good service despite rude customers
Last month I picked up prescription eye drops for my mother in laws surgery. One of the prescriptions in the bag was the wrong medication but had the correct name on the paper sack which we found out today (one day before the procedure). My fault for waiting so long to open and find the mistake but this morning I went there and Mia jumped right in and took control of the situation and apologized for the error. Is the drive thru here not functional or did they just blatantly ignore me? If it is not functional then maybe put a sign up instead of letting people waste time sitting in it. I was extremely sick and went inside after having waited in the drive thru with no response. When I got inside I saw a pharmacist literally typing on a computer facing the drive thru window. What is that about? Just rude.
