unhelpful and unprofessional
Good service despite rude customers
Last month I picked up prescription eye drops for my mother in laws surgery. One of the prescriptions in the bag was the wrong medication but had the correct name on the paper sack which we found out today (one day before the procedure). My fault for waiting so long to open and find the mistake but this morning I went there and Mia jumped right in and took control of the situation and apologized for the error.
