I needed a prescription transfered and was told by a different Kroger pharmacy to ask these guys to make them my home pharmacy. Employer on the phone didn't seem to understand what I was asking and blew me off. She told me over the phone the prescription would be done today, then I get to the pharmacy and the very disgruntled employee tells me it won't be there until tomorrow. They all seem to hate their lives, I will give 2 stars instead of 1 because they're probably overworked.
I recently moved here a couple months ago. All My encounters with this pharmacy have been disheartening. I pick up medication. I don't get all my medications nor do I get an update why I didn't get it until I get home and call them To see why all my medications were not in the bag. I've been waiting days now to hear about a prescription that needed a prior authorization. They never even updated me until I called them today.
