I’ve been using this pharmacy for 6 years and never have had an issue until I had picked up a prescription a week ago and hadn’t opened it as I was still on my previous month’s bottle until today. The bottle was still in the paper bag stapled this morning when I noticed after opening that there were no where near the 90 quantity that I’m prescribed. I was missing 56 pills. Was able to call in and reach someone to help with new insurance on file. They also checked to see if certain discount options would give a better price, and explained the difference between running it through insurance vs discount card.
I can't believe what a terrible pharmacy this is. 4 days to fill a prescription. Forget to fill prescriptions, frequently. Impossible to understand why they are constantly understaffed and causing customers to suffer.
Their drive through is never working. There is always a long line because the other four people pretend that they dont see a line of people waiting. I've literally watched them on their phone instead of helping the next customer. The woman act like they cant be bothered to help, the 1 guy was nice
