I can't believe what a terrible pharmacy this is. 4 days to fill a prescription. Forget to fill prescriptions, frequently. Impossible to understand why they are constantly understaffed and causing customers to suffer.
Their drive through is never working. There is always a long line because the other four people pretend that they dont see a line of people waiting. I've literally watched them on their phone instead of helping the next customer. The woman act like they cant be bothered to help, the 1 guy was nice
This is the worst pharmacy.
If I could give a 0-star review I would. My family has been going to this Kroger pharmacy for 10+ years and I was always taken care of and recommended this pharmacy to everyone I knew. Under the management of Gina, I felt safe and respected as an individual covered by ADA. However new management is not friendly to ADA policies or practices.
