One of the best experiences ever. Amazing service from start to finish.
Representative said that they would call to transfer my prescription and NEVER did. Claimed that their systems were down and refused to speak to me or give me updates. NEVER again.
This Kroger pharmacy never has any medication I need in stock, and it takes days up to a week if not more sometimes to order it and receive it. I am literally suffering while I am without medication and they do not seem to care, not even an apology. I do not know who to complain to about this, so I'm complaining here. Rude!!! Fix yall attitude. I was completing a customers order for the Roadie app and not only was the order NOT READY but the two ladies at the desk were unnecessarily rude. Maybe you all need to not have a third party help you all deliver medications from this location. Your customer service SUCKS! And I’m not even a “Karen” type of person to leave reviews like this often.
