I feel like they are nice people here. I haven’t had any issues that stand out. I do know it’s a stressful job so they get an allowance.
I literally had to pull over from the drive thru to leave a review. Tiffany (who I’ve never seen here before) just took care of me. She had a smile on her face the entire time! She treated me respectful and got my prescription quickly. I wish she was always here when I come! I hope you see this Tiffany-I appreciate you!!! Sometimes just a smile is all it takes to make someone’s day. ☺️
Ok in the past I have them a bad review because of one woman there that was rude to customers and her underlings but now she is gone and the people are mostly a different group now. You have to ask for the Kroger discount and most will give it to you if your insurance sucks like mine. I gave them 4 stars for this reason. It’s much better than it was 3 years ago. This is my revised review.
We have had several bad experiences in this Kroger mainly in the pharmacy they are very rude and act like they don't want to be there now last night we went had a problem again with my uncle using that card for healthy food and I must say the male manager and cashier were very great and helpful for the first time!
