Wife visited store today to pick up blueberries, which were on sale. As happens all too often, there were none in stock. She went to Customer Service for a rain check and was kept waiting by an employee who was too busy gabbing to wait on her promptly. This poor customer service (often out of stock, constantly changing store layout, ignoring customers) is becoming a pattern with Kroger, sad to say. It makes me appreciate Wegman's all the more.
