Krogers pharmacy at old hickory plaza is so unprofessional put me on hold for 30 minutes 3 times so disrimination against lbqgt and me talking to attorney gross misconduct

The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Tiffany greets me by name and searches for the best price for my meds.
Not sure where all the negative reviews come from, but this pharmacy (and staff) has been EXCELLENT compared to the experiences I had previously at Walgreens. They are quick to answer the phone, are always calm and friendly (I used to loathe calling Walgreens cause they made you feel like the biggest burden), and any times I have had issues with my scripts or dr’s orders they have gone above and beyond to help remedy.
