Gracious and genuinely caring. I really could not have asked for a better experience. I intitially went in to clarify some confusion I had about the app and see if my Hubby's dentist called in a prescription. Every staff member greeted me and that was nice. With patience from the staff, I got the clarity I needed and a refill request was immediately sent to his dentist. Used them for years and will continue to do so!
This pharmacy needs a revamp. I have been trying to get a hold of the general manager. The drive thru is always closed. The pharmacist is always rude and agitated when asked questions about medication and reactions. The pharmacy techs are the most helpful. However recently they have been short staffed and that’s the reason for prescriptions delays. A lot of medications are always on backorder.
