Do not rely on this location for vaccinations. They offer vaccines only one or two days a week because one of the pharmacists does not administer them. Wait times are consistently long, even with an appointment, due to the high volume of walk-ins. Customers should call ahead to confirm the pharmacist on duty can administer the vaccine before scheduling an appointment, as I had to reschedule mine. However, the staff overall is very helpful.
So slow and unfriendly. Pain med called in by my dentist around 10:30 am still not ready at 12:45. Told me to come back at 3. No kindness and not helpful at all.
Had a great encounter with a sweet pharmacist Desiree who had to get help for a difficult situation and was I met with the rudest lady, working in customer service just doesn’t seem like the best fit for her. The more experienced pharmacist, I’m unsure of her position, argued with me on clear instructions my health care provider gave and not once tried to be helpful or solve the situation. Carmen is the best pharmacist in the east end! Always super helpful with advice by phone or in person. This pharmacy is extremely well managed, and we’ve always trusted them with all of our prescriptions.
You better not be in a rush. They take their time for sure. Had to switch. ⏳️
