Both my wife and I have found that the pharmacists and staff have gone out of their way to help and explain whenever needed. This is after ~10 years of service. The one negative review must be an anomaly.
This pharmacy has some of the most knowledgable staff in Durham. I was a longtime cvs customer and the best staff left and went to this Kroger. Tyre , who is a pharmacist and Kay also plus Julia who is a tech came from Cvs are excellent . Nancy who is the manager and the rest of the techs are excellent also. I trust them and appreciate them all . They are truly an huge asset to Kroger and our community.!!
Terrible experience the people on the phone most the woman at the check out talk to you like their doing you a favor by filling your prescription called at 1 they said the prescription. I just left a kroger because i work across the street and the pharmacy area was not filled 3 customers at the most but when I called minutes later to fill the prescription they rude lady tried to rush me over the phone saying it's going to be 2 hours to fill the prescription.
