The tech I spoke with was very polite and helpful
Hala N. was the main reason I would deal with all the other shenanigans… 2 other pharmacists, one being the supervisor that has now left, and the other one that’s been there for years hearts were in the right place but often made mistakes… Hala N. figured out every solution and made sure everything was handled. Since they brought in some new guy who hasnt even been there for a week after starting maybe 3 weeks ago, along with the other floaters have left me for dead…I am on my way out of this world losing function amd contro... read more
Hala N. is outstanding! This pharmacist always goes above and beyond. Any shortcomings by doctors or insurance stand no chance against her. Seriously she gets things done.
Awful as usual with all kroger pharmacies
I dont know where they hired all these new people but they all acted like they’re cops. The drug is not even a schedule drug, narcotics, opiates, or benzo. All of my years coming here, I have never had any issues but the last few times, the chain of issues has been keep on going and going. They told me to wait 15-20 mins, when I came back, it’s not even in process. When I get a re filled, they gave me duplicate bottles of the same medication.
