When I first moved to the area I was not thrilled about my insurance pushing me to use the CVS. When it closed I decided to give Kroger a look. It was as if the Pharmacist took individual care of me like a Primary Care doc. She went above and beyond to transition all my needs to the Kroger computer system. Polite, courteous, and helpful. Prescriptions filled in a timely fashion.
I have 4 prescriptions never had a problem. I have used them since 2016. Shots also.
Girl behind the counter said the Dr denied the prescription but when I called the Dr they never got a refill request. Why do I have to fight this pharmacy to get prescriptions filled? They never have what you need ready on time but fill stuff you don't need early
