If Google only gave us 1 extra star per year to make a 6 star review, I would have given that star to Stephanie, Bjorn and team for the past two. In a world where medicine can feel like a drive-in with 'move-along' attitudes and 'next-please' employees, Stephanie, in particular, has guided my family through challenges we had never hoped to face with grace, expertise, and a smile that made everything feel ok even if it wasn't certain. You couldn't find a better pharmacy if you tried, so trust me, just go here.
I have been using this pharmacy for about 8 years and they've always been helpful in teaching me how to use/store my medications and in just their general kindness Bjorn especially has been amazing and patient when explaining the medications
A couple of months ago, I was a Kroger pharmacy customer. Although this particular Kroger as a whole is generally considered one of the worst in Nashville, I still reluctantly come here since it is the closest to me. The pharmacy, however, is probably the most unethical aspect of this awful grocery store. There is a shortage all over the country of ADHD medications. This is not news. Love this team so much
For over TWO MONTHS I have been trying to get my ADHD medication refilled. Every time I call I am told they are out of stock at my pharmacy. I’ve been calling every week for over two months. Yes, there is a shortage of ADHD medications, but it’s been over 2 months and I know for certain they have not been out of stock this entire time of this medication.
