I drive from midtown to shop here AND pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy. I'm not scared I'm going to get mugged or car jacked, because it's a quiet, calm, hidden-away location. The workers seem happy and content, and they treat the customers with respect and friendliness. Kroger does have some of the best prices in town (unfortunately), but the Cleveland, Union, & Poplar Plaza locations have gone downhill so much, I can't believe I even bother to go to any of them. This is the worst Pharmacy in Memphis. Michelle, the head Pharmacist should be fired immediately. The other tech who obviously only graduated from Concorde Institute should be fired as well. The entire team is rude and unprofessional. One star rating is actually to high!!
