I had used Kroger at a different location, and decided to return using this store. Being 70, I am becoming somewhat forgetful, and requested my PCP to write 30 day renewals, so if I lost them, I only list weeks, not months. I verified the written orders, 5 refills. O dropped it off at 1255, and was told to return at 230. When I did return, I had all four prescriptions, with 90 day! Probably the worst Kroger Pharmacy I have dealt with, they have failed multiple times to have medicines ready when promised and the staff is unhelpful. Would never recommend.
Worst Service I have ever gotten from a Pharmacy.
I would rate 0. I have been with this Kroger a year now. Unbeknown to me they only have pharmacy techs working. I have asked for the pharmacist who I have yet to see in the store. Maybe they just have one on staff. I don't know, but I have not seen or heard from a pharmacist. This is dangerous. So I am having my meds transferred but to a pharmacy that hires pharmacist not Just techs. There was an incident where the techs were convinced that one of my medications interacted with another one.
