Pharmacy tech is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to trained on how to speak with customers. Stop talking fast and have some patience.
How many one stars do yall need to see before there is a change?? I mean this is absurd and ridiculous. I have used Krogers for quite some time. My meds are on record. Never changed for years! Never had a problem. I have meds that are for my ADD anxiety and Bi polar. I only ordered my Thyroid medication and my current blood pressure medication but these imbeciles gave me my current BP meds and my old ones. I didn’t even realize they charged me for the extra unnecessary pills till i was in Houston. Then when my daughter got a terrible rash we went to pick up the prescription cream and they didn’t have it.
