One of their staff members took it upon themselves to cancel my sons prescription for no reason or explanation I’ve been going back and forth for 3 days trying to get answers from them , finally today they gave me the medication, Unprofessional behavior from the pharmacy manager is very dismissive
The pharmacy itself is not the issue it’s that older woman that is so rude and condescending. She needs to understand that we’re there because we need to. If she doesn’t want to be there she should look for another job where she’s allowed to sit in front of a computer sitting on a file cabinet and demean people.
This is my back up pharmacy, when my locally owned one is closed. Unfortunately, I only find them helpful and expedient when I need a flu shot. They do not regularly check their system for prescriptions sent over by doctors during office visits. I've had to make THREE trips into the store because my insurance wasn't billed (a discount card was), so I was overcharged, and then double charged, then NOT refunded as I should've been.
