How many one stars do yall need to see before there is a change?? I mean this is absurd and ridiculous. I have used Krogers for quite some time. My meds are on record. Never changed for years! Never had a problem. I have meds that are for my ADD anxiety and Bi polar. They are very rude and treat me like a drug addict lately as if my meds are new sometimes when I am trying to simply find out about my refills. They don’t keep things in stock. I switched to HEB and they are more professional. My husband had always used them and... read more

I only ordered my Thyroid medication and my current blood pressure medication but these imbeciles gave me my current BP meds and my old ones. I didn’t even realize they charged me for the extra unnecessary pills till i was in Houston. Then when my daughter got a terrible rash we went to pick up the prescription cream and they didn’t have it. They didn’t offer to transfer the prescription for pick up at another location that does have it in stock they just wanted us to hold out for 5 days for them to restock. When they FINALL... read more

To give an example I had called the pharmacy to asked what medications I had ready and how much they were because I should’ve had two medications. The pharmacist said something about one of them being an entered twice and tol... read more

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Laura/Lauren whoever it is needs to be trained in how to treat customers. I switched to HEB in LJ but recently had an antibiotic for my 15 month old sent to Kroger since it’s right by our house, never again!!!! Pediatrician sent it in at 2:45 PM on a Friday, it’s now 9:30 am on Saturday and it is still not filled. When I called this morning I asked why the prescription wasn’t filled, clearly I was upset. Laura/Lauren was so damn rude and barked at me through the phone “there’... read more
