Unorganized , and rude!
Waited over an hour for a prescription at the window was told to come inside by Michael where I had to wait in line again and still didnt get prescriptions for another 30 mins! Terrible service.
We have used this Kroger for more than 20 years. There of course have been ups and downs as insurance requirements change, but they always take changes in stride and handle it with a smile. But in the last couple months there has been a huge change in accuracy. Example my auto fill leaves off a scrip every month- a different one each time. My husband has given up on the drive through as he always is told to come inside these days. I love this pharmacy everyone has been so good to me .I have been going to this pharmacy for years .and they no my med .and everything about my health .i will not trust no other
This Kroger pharmacy has no clue ever as to what's going on... how to answer a question.... or if they even take your insurance. Spend 30mins at the window only for them to say MAYBE we can figure this out on Monday.... place is a joke!!!! AND this isn't the first time they have been clueless to what's going on...
