Taking 3-4 days to fill a prescription that is in-stock is NOT OK! Their phone menu is terrible, they do not respond to voicemails, setting up delivery on the APP was impossible and some techs can be pretty rude.
Went to pick up medicine on Sunday 5th October 2nd October got text stating your medicine is ready for pickup. When I got there lady said you have nothing in system we argued and she said oh we have these we can fill . So now out of my way I have to go back to get my medicine today because I'm out.
We've been using this pharmacy for several years now. For a long time, they did a really good job for us and treated us with compassion and respect. Several times in the past year, I have had trouble getting my mom's pain medicine. She is 85 years old with chronic pain for decades due to structural abnormalities from polio as a kid, as well as arthritis and nerve pain. I dont know what is going on with this place, but Kroger should be completely embarrassed by the total disorganization and lack of patient care this place offers. I understand that when a doctor calls in a prescription same day I will need to wait, even if I am sick. But usually they dont even start on the prescriptions until after you arrive and they suddenly find it. Today was the last straw, after being a patient at this location for 8 years. Prescriptions take too long to fill or refill, communication is lacking, not enough employees. This was the case over a year ago. Tried to used them again and it is even worse.
