Every time I come to this Kroger’s deli, the staff are either slow or disrespectful. Jeff in the deli has an attitude and is rude every time I go to the deli. Seems like I’m just an inconvenience to them when ordering deli meat and cheese.
This could have been a 5 star review if the “Kroger Pick-up” at this particular store wasn’t one of the most thoughtless locations I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how there could have possibly been any consumer consideration in the plans whatsoever. Also, one would think that at some point along this poorly executed pick-up service project— that someone…ANYONE..would have said “We should throw some signage out so that our customers can find us back here in no-man’s land!” Come on, the Kroger locations that have a front & center... read more
