I love it the flowers section and u can buy my favorite coffee ☕
The new app for shopping is horrible or I just can't figure it out. You used to be able to shop the digital deals, look at the weekly ad and sales items. I can't even find how to get to them. The people working are very good and helpful but the difficulty of the app will prevent me from shopping there as much.
Visited the Farragut store because I was in the area instead of my usual Oak Ridge store. I had a wonderful encounter with an employee named Anne who was working the floor. She was so helpful and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed. It was so nice to find someone who knew the store so well and was willing to help!
I have been using Kroger delivery for years through the Kroger app. Today I tried to schedule a delivery using the Kroger app and it no longer supports delivery. I called the Farragut store and questioned customer service. Basically I was told I have to use the instacart app for deliveries. As you know, when using third party apps for delivery, such as instacart, they increase the prices.
