Kroger Pharmacy on Centennial in Richardson has very knowledgeable pharmacists, efficient pharmacy technicians, and on time prescription refills. When the big storm blew through in late May and knocked out power, the pharmacy and staff allowed you to pick up your prescription order that was already filled. I thought that was good customer service. Although there is no drive thru , they have a walk-up window that people can pick up their order without having to go inside the store.
