It is illegal in Texas to take a dog in a grocery store, save and except service dogs. The store employees were only obeying the law.
Today I was refused service to the Kroger in Hurst after I tried going into the store to grab some milk with my teacup chihuahua in my hand. The employee's were sickening and even told me to leave my dog in my car in the Texas heat. I've gone in multiple times with my puppy in my hand and he's never left it. I recently had an experience that deserves a great thanks to the Kroger Pharmacy group. I recently had a prescription that requires my physician call this in monthly. I called for a refill on the 9th of July. I called on this to the pharmacy so many times I now have the phone# memorized. They had called my physician repeatedly with no response. My favorite Grocery Store because of the huge selection of good products.
This store's produce always looks like it received the other Kroger store's rejects. The meat section is limited and also looks like another store's cast offs. Please keep the shelves stocked. Sometimes we have to go to another store when we cannot find what we need. Hurst needs a Kroger Signature store on Highway 10. There are many new homes on the Hurst/Fort Worth border. Clearly this needs an update. Let me tell you something about this kroger, it smells like poop, I'm not trying to be funny, it really smells like poop more often than not. Customer service? Please the entire staff from the dumpy looking store manager to the greasy, unkempt cashiers could give a rats behind about customers.
I love this Store. The Management is friendly. It is kinda a far drive to go shopping. But it is worth it. This is the best Kroger I have ever had a shopping experience at.
