Suggestion. When you have a drive through customer whose script is not ready, instead of allowing them to sit there for 20 minutes while you prepare it, make them get back in line if someone pulls up behind them who may just want to drop off a script or pick one up that IS ready. Thanks.
Worst Pharmacy in Bartlett. Every single time I have a prescription there is something wrong. Either they’re out of the medication, or it’s 5 hours later than they promise. Or today, when I have the flu and desperately need tamiflu for my 4 month old daughter, who was born 13 weeks early and could literally die if she catches it. And even though the prescription was called in at 2:30, it took them until 6 to realize the dose is “wrong”.
