Great pharmacist and technicians. They are a big help and very knowledgeable.
Complaint line takes forever. Sterling Ridge pharmacist called to "verify" that we were transferring my husband's Rx to HEB. Excuse me? Do you think HEB would just call you up out of the blue and randomly request an Rx transfer? Get real! The Doctor called in these meds yesterday morning. They weren't ready last night. They STILL weren't not ready this morning. HE NEEDS THEM!!!!! He's told they won't be ready until this evening as they are "in process". Are you joking? Nope! RX called in by hospital went to Kroger hours later. Pharmacy was not busy no reason it wasn't done., Husband just had major surgery. Pharmacist assumed she knew more than the doc and reduced amount prescribed so that it now lasts 2 days instead of 10.. Rude and condescending. Switch all future prescriptions to CVS or Walgreens. Would give a 0 if I could.
