My common medication was called in last Thursday and supposed to be ready Friday, then it got pushed to Monday, then to Thursday. As of this Monday it was supposed to be ready by 530, went at 6, guess what wasn’t there? Glad I’m not dying. I’ll be switching pharmacies.
As a prescriber I love working with the Kroger pharmacy!
I'm not sure what happened honestly. This place *used* to be quick and efficient. Now you try and call and it'll ring 40 times before someone finally answers the phone. Many times you'll get hung up on without even a "Hello." When the automated line continues to tell you that your prescription is "still not in stock and has been ordered and will be filled by the end of the day" but you've called several days in a row and still getting this message, you want to actually talk to someone...and the answer they give is "yeah, we ... read more
