The staff and pharmacist, Tripp, are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The customer service is impeccable! Attentive, knowledgeable and very responsive!
I truly appreciate the pharmacy team at the Branch Hill Kroger. I am consistently impressed, but feel the need to share my experience tonight. The pharmacist stayed a few minutes late tonight ( THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE) to allow me to pick up antibiotics after I called. That kind of dedication and kindness is rare and so appreciated. Truly went above and beyond. My husband and kids thank you as well. Christmas is saved. 🤍🤍
Fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. Tripp goes OUT IF HIS WAY to understand my unique situation and will personally follow up with any requests or questions I have. Honestly, best pharmacist I have ever had.
Jennifer & Tripp at this pharmacy are awesome. My teenage daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes this year and the staff at this pharmacy have been great in working with me, the prescribing doctors and the big bad insurance company (UHC) even “going to bat” for me against the insurance company whose policy seems to be to knee jerk react and deny claims. The staff helped me save money by suggesting ways to get the insurance company to allow me or make you film 3 months of RX’s at a time, which saves copay and deductible ... read more
Fast and Friendly! Showed up right before close and the pharmacist filled an antibiotic for my son quickly with a smile. Drive thru always moves fast and they’re quick to answer the phone. Text messages tell you when your script is being worked on and when it’s ready. Very happy with the service at Kroger!
