Prescription isn't ready yet 2 days after doc sent in....slow service for months here. Perhaps more help is needed???

So many issues. But the most consistent one is that my prescriptions never seem to get ordered until I call up there to check the status. I had a prescription sent to them on Thursday morning. I call Friday afternoon and find out that “we’ll have to order that. It won’t be ready until Monday.” I am not blaming them for not having the drug in stock. Went to the drive thru at 12:45pm. They said come back after 1:30pm because we take a break from 1-1:30pm, it takes time to process. Why have a drive thru open for pick up if you can't pick up during scheduled business hours??? Turn off the OPEN sign then above the drive thru to avoid this foolishness. I went inside to ask if they could process my prescription while there but Renne said "no" and acted like she could care less. She didnt even look up to speak. At least, be dismissive to one's face.
