I made a mistake about when I was supposed to pick up a prescription and the woman behind the counter made me feel like the biggest jerk on the planet.
Awesome pharmacy. Don, the boss, is well known and loved by customers who have known him from his other pharmacy assignments. He is awesome. We moved our pharmacy needs here years ago because our favorite pharmacy tech, Karen, moved there and we trusted her judgment. Since then, we have become fans of Vinh and the rest of the staff. Great pharmacy!! Always helpful they go out of their way to help with pharmacy needs! My husband needed meds after hospital visit I went in and they quickly filled his prescription. Won’t go anywhere else!! Thank you
Have had a few small issues, but always rectified quickly. Not sure why so many complaints about the pharmacists and techs-we have always had courteous interactions with them. Maybe the complainers come in with attitudes-don’t know. The Kroger Pharmacy Savings Plan really helps save money! Anyway, we love our Kroger pharmacy in Garden City!
Ridiculous that the pharmacy hours are 8am but yet they don't assist you at the drive thru until 830 because of staffing issues. They literally told me I'd have to wait at the drive thru until 830am until another person arrives. Some people are too sick to come inside ya know.
