I have found the Kroger pharmacy on 21st street Newark, OH, to slow in service, and unreliable in performance and in customer communications.
I waited 45 minutes on hold only for them to answer the phone and put me right back on hold. It takes 10 minutes to get your call put through to the pharmacy to start with. There is always a long line at the drive thru and they take a long time waiting on the car in front of them. I go inside to a long line and people standing behind the counter doing nothing.
