I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share this. I’m deaf and currently dealing with severe ear inflammation, which makes it even harder to communicate and hear, especially over the phone. I had to urgently transfer my prednisone prescription to Kroger, and the phone experience was incredibly stressful.
