The staff is great! Friendly and helpful. They are horribly understaffed and it takes forever to get a prescription filled. Example: ER visit last night and was told to get on this medication asap. Prescription will not be ready until after 2pm even after I shared what the ER Doctor said.
The worst. Never have your prescriptions ready even when you refill days before you’re out, prompted by a text they send you. I’m horribly sick and 8 hours later they say my prescription was not there. After I call the doctor they verify it’s there. I call the pharmacy they say they haven’t checked any prescriptions sent from the doctors offices. Now they say they have it, but it will not be done today. This place is AWFUL in the pharmacy!!! We called 9 times to see if medicine was filled yet that we called in days prior and still wasn’t ready and was put on hold every single time…. No one ever came back on the line to help or nothing… this is an ongoing issue that I have dealt with since Madison Avenue Pharmacy and Whittacre’s closed….
It has gotten much better than before. They are much nicer and faster now.
