Very poor speed and and customer service at this Kroger pharmacy.
Absolutely not ever!!! Rudest people work there. You can wait for 30 min and there could only be 3 people in line. Today was the last straw . I am filing a complaint with the state board of pharmacy. Today I picked up my moms prescription. After walking away I looked at it thinking it was her thyroid med but it wasn’t . I returned and asked the tech that waited on me if she had anything else and without even checking she said no. If I could put zero stars I would! I sat for 25 minutes waiting on a prescription that they were "working on". There was an issue, but no one told me for 25 minutes? A simple phone call to resolve the issue, but 35 minutes, and I'm still waiting. Horrible, horrible customer service. Two pharmacists and three techs, but one is more concerned about telling stories about her dog. Patients are definitely NOT their priority!!
