I don't know what kind of scam all these pharmacies are pulling (2 different Kroger pharmacies) but they constantly try to rip you off and make you pay for medications that should be covered. When you call that on it they dink around on their little computer and say "oh it is actually covered" but not until you complain. This feels fraudulent and illegal to play these damn games every single time with people. Someone should report this bullcrap to the FDA.
This pharmacy has gone completely downhill since they changed Pharmacists last year. No notifications about ready to pick up. Often unprepared without required meds in stock. I will be moving to a different pharmacy due to the incompetence of the current staff.

This pharmacy is relentless on asking if you want vaccines. I have seen them go up and down the shopping aisles. To me this is no different than asking "if you want fries with that"? It is lowering how I view them as medical professionals. Now I understand the force behind the push. Pharmacy staff are top-notch. They were friendly and very helpful in filling my daughter's medication.
