This pharmacy sucks plain and simple. They don't answer the phones after being on hold for 20-30 minutes. Tried to get a refill and they said they needed a new prescription. I called my provider and they were really confused because I still have my refills for another 9 months. So I had them send it to CVS instead and was able to pick it up an hour later. Oh and THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A DRIVE THRU. People that work behind the counter are completely useless and will give you an attitude for no reason.
Rarely answer calls and if they do they always puts you on hold.
Karya was EXTREMELY fast and EXTREMELY awesome. Was in a huge rush and this technician was on point! She definitely needs a raise. Completely satisfied with this visit I cannot describe it. My words does not do her and my experience justice.
i shop at this Kroger, I use this pharmacy. Once i even received a text that my RX was ready while i was shopping. Friendly staff
