Kroger Pharmacy was out of my medication on Friday. They told me to call back on Tuesday to see if it had come in. I called as I was instructed to do all day on Tuesday and no answer. This is Wednesday and I am still calling with no answer . I am 81 years old and this is one huge problem !!! I am calling my Insurance Carrier to see if I can go back to Walgreens !!! It would be helpful for the correct times to be posted at the pharmacy. Open at 8 but won’t fill prescriptions until 9. No indication of this in the store.
I have been trying to get a prescription for a month. Their staff is uncaring, smug, and dismissive. My husband is dying from cancer and they have shown absolutely no empathy and have treated me like I’m stupid.

The Kroger Walnut Avenue Pharmacy is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen. They seem to lack the ability to have a sustained Auto Re-fill policy and I have frequently either ran out of medications or caught it at the last minute before I did. I have on 4 occasions sat down with their pharmacists and techs and gone line item through mine and my wife's medications to verify they were truly on auto re-fill. on four subsequent occasions I have had a "no longer surprise" of running out.
