I want to give a shoutout to the pharmacist, Pam. She is a quick-thinking problem-solver and our community is blessed to have her. Most of her team is great and helpful - especially Patti and Linda. Their jobs can’t be easy but they are helpful and good at what they do.
Came in at noon for my prescription...."Oh it's going to take at least 30-45 minutes" Ok I said I'll come back later that day. Came back at 4pm. "Oh the pharmacist has it now...it will take 10 more minutes" 2 years later update- had to go there again. Still the absolute SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER! it's like the sloths from zootopia over there. Still sitting waiting 30 minutes later. Absurdly slow and disorganized.
I went today with my son and the service was terrible; there was no first-class customer service. It was the worst service I've ever experienced.Employees like that shouldn't be kept on; they provide service without enthusiasm and in a rude manner. Send them home.
I great place to get my medication filled. The pharmacists are kind and helpful!
A few years ago Kroger went through a period of time where staffing was tight (as it was across the economy) but things are much better now. Pharmacy easy to work with. Grocery pick up services are helpful and convenient.
