Good luck calling in a prescription as a provider. They will put you on hold multiple times, send you to different departments when they state they're sending you to voicemail & then that will redirect you to endless ringing. When you call back, bc you work for a clinic & HAVE to submit a prescription, whatever female that answered will get an attitude with you when she realizes it's you yet again (just trying to do *your* job), tell you "well you're just going to have to wait because I have other things I'm doing" before sh... read more
I have been nothing but impressed by this pharmacy. I switched from CVS. I have a prescription that is for ADHD and they have always been super helpful, on time and never judgemental. I love these guys.
Every time I have been to this pharmacy to pick up for myself or grandson they are working hard to provide service to everyone. I have seen the pharmacist fill a prescription from beginning to end all by herself. Providing medication when she was the only person working.
Yep, the won't answer the phone. Have tried multiple times. This morning I let the phone ring for 16 minutes: No voice mail or no one answered to put me on hold or anything like that. I was just in an accident and can't physically get myself over to the pharmacy. I need to talk with them but I guess that's not possible. Switching back to CVS or maybe Christiansburg pharmacy, which has a good reputation. Based on other reviews this pharmacy seems to have chronic management issues.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY FOR ANY SCHEDULED / NARCOTIC PRESCRIPTIONS!!! Someone is taking large quantities of scheduled prescriptions by switching bottles off camera after the robot camera count. Now my poor, disabled wife has less than her 90-day prescription and will likely have a severe adverse affect from not having this medication due to the severity of her Multi Sclerosis. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE, SHOWS NO EMPATHY, AND IS EXTREMELY IMMATURE!! They will refuse to help, perform an inventory or, assist in any way. The ... read more
