Crazy that my medicine has been on hold for 7 days and when I call them I can hear them pick up the phone and hang up on me. Ive been going here for 8 years and never had this issue.
I used to go to the Westland Kroger pharmacy and I loved the people there they were great. Helpful and kind. Unfortunately, because of moving, I switched to Taylor Kroger pharmacy thinking it would be the easiest option. Oh so wrong. Most of the people I’ve dealt with are very rude. The young man is pleasant and helpful. The lady I dealt with today did not give me the correct information, resulting in me having to contact my insurance company. I’ve literally had hit or miss with good quality here. Some of the people that I’ve dealt with are very helpful other people absolutely not but lately I have had the absolute runaround when I have gotten the medication there previously I am now told I cannot get it in the last two months. I’ve had more hassle getting my prescription from this pharmacy!!
This place sucks , terrible customer service and lazy don’t want to come to the window or answer the phone
