Changed to Kroger from CVS due to different reasons, now experiencing the same issues as CVS. Why is the pharmacy not open when hours listed say you should be? How about some training in Customer serice skills? Communication!! Very important.
These people are the most heartless & rude people that work in medicine. They have no idea on how not filling certain medicines in a timely manner can literally kill a person.

This place is like none other. Sometimes its the best service that I've ever had from a pharmacy. Then there are days when I just can't believe this place is open. 50/50 isn't the worst odds
Pharmacy staff, mainly a few females are absolutely rude, unfriendly, not helpful, and I'm guessing single. Well over a year I've been nice and forgiving at times. When the technician says a time they will be done, but doesn't have the courtesy to contact me back telling me tomorrow is ridiculous. Waste of my time and gas. Last several months they've processed my prescriptions, but yesterday one that just a couple months ago did the processing actually looked at my EXPIRED licence.
