Great pharmacy love the staff
They use to be good. But the last 3-4 months it has been horrible. Took a ER script by was told an hour ok fine but 4 hours later sill not ready. Doctor called in a script at 1:30. I called at 445 to see if ready. Was told it would be in an hour not ready. They had it ready between 740-800pm go there to pick it up and as I was walking to the window they said were closed did not offer to get it. This was a medication for anxiety This is happening a lot to a lot of people I know. This is not good.
My family has been using this pharmacy for many years. The staff have ALWAYS been super nice and accommodating, getting my prescriptions filled correctly, going out of their way to get them done in a timely manner, helping to be sure I’m getting the best price, calling and getting refills…whatever they can do to be helpful!!
