Terrible customer service,poor communication, but they have recently opened a new store,and my prescriptions,were ready 2.5 hours earlier than they had previously told me,so let's see how this goes
I went to the Lebanon Kroger to pick up my daughter’s prescription as they told me they would have it ready by 8pm. Well when I arrived they told me they were out of stock. But were kind enough to tell me Maineville has it in stock. I called Maineville pharmacy at 7:40 and spoke to Alan the pharm tech. He was so kind. I told him my gps said I would be there at 8:01.
