This is an on going Pharmacy issue: Updated on 02/06/2025: So after I had another discussion about their poor service, organization and knowledge of the insurance systems I talked to the store general manager about it. He discussed the situation with the pharmacy managers and instead of things getting better some type of written note was put in my file and now another Kroger pharmacy that was going to fill my prescriptions won't.
