This is THE WORST PHARMACY there is. They always make excuses for not having prescriptions ready. They blame it on the patient. The blame always goes somewhere else, never They're laziness.
Most of the pharmacists are pretty good and helpful. Sometimes you'll get a few that I don't think are regulars but might fill in that are rude and have no clue what they are talking about. The other staff here are just rude as anything, though. They will be standing there gabbing with customers or each other about small talk stuff-not medication related-and ignore you while you wait. Could not figure out how to correctly use a manufacturer’s coupon for a medication, which I double checked with my provider and has certain coding and everything that would make it WORK! Frustrating but not surprising, I’ve never used this pharmacy before because locals have told me it’s bad. Guess they were right. Edit; yep, switched it to CVS and they figured it out, so it was definitely the Kroger tech that didn’t know what they were doing!
