Could not figure out how to correctly use a manufacturer’s coupon for a medication, which I double checked with my provider and has certain coding and everything that would make it WORK! Frustrating but not surprising, I’ve never used this pharmacy before because locals have told me it’s bad. Guess they were right. Edit; yep, switched it to CVS and they figured it out, so it was definitely the Kroger tech that didn’t know what they were doing!

I love kanawha city kroger pharmacy. The employees are so friendly and they are so prompt on getting your prescriptions done quickly. When I have had things sent in from medexoress or er it's already done when I get there. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy!!!
Incompetence raised to a truly astounding level. Never accurate about when prescriptions will be ready. Do not follow up on refill requests or prior authorizations. Male balding pharmacist can frequently be heard using profanity and making fun of customers to whom he almost assuredly has provided shoddy service. Would not recommend to anyone. The WORST. Full stop
