Drive thru is closed alot, ridiculous that you have to walk inside. If you are disabled or handicapped I would choose another pharmacy
My one-star rating applies only to my visit to the Pharmacy on Friday 08/07. I have had very good 5-star customer treatment from all associates at this Kroger location, includingat the pharmacy. My experience on Friday was certainly extremely negative. The two associates acted very impatiently, Non-cooperative, and insulting. I exerted extreme patience to avoid unnecessary complications.
I have gone 4 different times over a 3 year period to get a prescription filled and they are always out. But other pharmacies have it. And if you ask about it, the pharmacist has an attitude. What good is a pharmacy if they can't carry medications.
I had a prescription sent in and after a week, it still isn’t filled after them telling me it would be ready days ago. It is a medication that is highly needed. I will never be using them again. 0/5
I see nothing has change still. Customer service is very bad at this location and communication about your prescription is not good. I knew my reason was a good for stop dealing with this pharmacy.
