Wow! I have never had issues with Kroger grocery and I usually pick up by medications at Market Street. However, while waiting for my insurance to kick back in it was showing cheaper at Kroger. I called to check to see if my medication was ready after having issues with the automated system. I spoke with someone named Christie who had a super nasty attitude to the point that I left my doctor a message to send my medication to Market Street and I will pay the difference. Very helpful in informing me on medication and discounts
I officially am having my prescriptions transferred to a different store and definitely not a Kroger! Every time they tell me my meds will be ready, they never are. I called it in 3 days ago! 10 minutes before their lunch, the lady told me I would just have to wait until after their lunch. I'm sorry that your mistake will most definitely not inconvenience you at all.
