I have been a loyal customer at Kroger since I was a child, shopping with my mother and grandmother. Today that ended as a young technician with absolutely no people skills failed to help me in an adequate manner. She was blunt and seemed to be put out by getting my prescription. I've read negative reviews before, but I've always liked doing business there, until this afternoon.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacy technician Megan is very rude, and she treats the customers like they are simpletons. She has also given out incorrect information on multiple visits. If it wasn't for the location I would not use this pharmacy. Kroger really needs to step up their hiring of qualified employees.
I never had issues with this pharmacy until recently. I had a prescription for an antibiotic filled this week. The next day I got a call that there had been a possible mix up and sure enough I had one wrong tablet. They were quick to resolve the issue and replace it with the correct one but still a bit concerning. Today I went to the drive through to pick up a prescription for my son and I was told "That's just liquid Zyrtec. You can get it over the counter.
