This pharmacy is the best. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable and all the staff are helpful and patient even though they are always extremely busy!
They are the worst play to call put on hold several times then hang up on ya they can at least tell you there bizzy then understand but not just hang up.
They close every day 1-1:30pm for lunch break but on multiple occasions I get here 10 min before or 15 min after and they are still closed. Third time this happened, we call and they told my husband that lunch starts at 12:45 pm but that is not what is listed online or on their own posted sign... They're also very, very slow to fill prescriptions. Antibiotics take "priority" but still take a day.
Washington kroger pharmacy is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and always ready to help. I recommend using this pharmacy.
They don't answer their phone. You'll frustratingly speak at a machine until you're filled with rage and then, finally, at that point, they'll say they're transferring you to a person, but they just disconnect you.
