Customer Service non-existent I had a very bad experience at this Kroger with the checker running the U-Scan lane. This is unusal because I typically get great service at Krogers - and love shopping there. So I submitted a complaint online but never received a response. The checker was so rude that I won't go back to that store again - and rarely even shop at Krogers anymore if a Tom Thumb is close.
Convenient & fast The store is convenient to a lot of things in W. Allen and they always seem to get you out the door pretty quickly.
Have never had any problems with this store This store has been there a while and was remodeled about 2004- I've shopped here since 2000. They have a Starbucks coffee shop inside for java lovers. There is a separate natural and organic foods section off in the corner. My wife loved the chid care place they have for very little ones (while Mom or Dad shops)- the lady that runs it is fantastic and still fondly remembers my youngest, who is too old to go now. Great store! This store is clean and the sales are great. I love Kroger. They also have a U-scan area for quick transactions. The prices are very competitive and the service is always friendly.
