I tried to get my prescription from inside the store and they said it wasn’t ready and it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. That’s fine. I did my shopping and then when I left I went to the drive thru. There was only one car there. Well 10 minutes later that car was still there and I called the pharmacy to make sure nothing was wrong. Asked for a Rx from our doctor in Utah to be filled before the one from our doctor here in Tennessee so the Utah one wouldn’t expire. The tech we spoke with confirmed the right doctors name and two months in a row they filled the wrong one. The third time we stayed to make sure it was filled correctly.
