BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF. I like shopping at Kroger, but the new ppl that work in the pharmacy are rude & unprofessional. It takes forever to get Rx’s now, and even when I get notifications stating that they’re ready for pick-up it never is. I was really sick one day & needed my Rx but I wanted to give my new ins #. Customer service is Awful the pharmacist is a liar, and her tech is a liar, and I really hate that. Our seniors have to put up with these types of people I will never ever ever use that pharmacy.
Experience was great
Needed to make a flight and the doctor promised the prescription would be ready. The pharmacy had not begun working on it, but fast tracked it for me and I was out in 5 Minutes. Thank you.
