I tried to call to transfer a prescription from my mail order service to this store because it was unavailable from my usual service. I was asked (told) to hold each time i called, and would sit on hold while music played. The line would start ringing and I would here a click and the music would start again. This went on for close to 15 minutes until the fifth time of being placed on hold, it disconnected me. I called back. same result after calling three times and calling another location twice.
