Extremely slow, can’t fill a simple prescription within an hour. Extremely rude customer service.
We get all my wife's prescriptions filled at Cherry Grove Kroger's pharmacy,I've never had any issues or problems there whatsoever. Each and every one behind the counter is friendly and attentive. Longest I've ever waited in line was maybe 3-4 minutes. Two thumbs up.
Not my favorite
So far so good! Back in the day this was my wife and my pharmacy and we had some problems withthem (over 14 years ago) like a lot of things I throught I would try them again. I don't take a lot of medications at 77 so I took my one Rx to the Cherry Grove Pharmacy to see if they could fill it for 90 days at no cost like my the mail order pharmacy. The pharmacy lady at Krogers was very nice and said she would check with my insurance company and if things were good with them she would get hold of my Doctor and get a new Rx star... read more
