Horrible patient service. If you hate your job so much. Just quit. I already go out of my way not to grocery shop at kroger for the same reason.
My review is based off of several visits to the driveway pharmacy, not very friendly, no empathy, and closing before the posted hours, all don't make for a good customer service experience. Kroger you are too big of an organization to allow this to happen, I would recommend training for the team. As a 47 year customer of kroger I would be happy to offer my assistance to help train your staff at no charge. Thanks
